Office Space Gallery, led by Jeanne Hunter-Moore and Billy Hunter, is proud to announce the open call for its upcoming exhibition, "Black Men with Cameras." With support from DUHTROIT, this show seeks to showcase the artistry, perspectives, and storytelling talents of Black male photographers. By keeping the theme intentionally broad, we aim to honor the wide-ranging styles, subjects, and visual narratives that reflect diverse Black experiences.
From candid street photography to conceptual fine art, every photographic approach is welcome. We believe in the power of images to spark dialogue, challenge preconceptions, and highlight the multiplicity within Black communities. Through “Black Men with Cameras,” Office Space Gallery strives to create a platform where these stories can be shared, celebrated, and amplified.
We invite Black men—emerging, mid-career, and established photographers—to submit work that exemplifies your unique voice and creative spirit. Join us in uplifting this vibrant community and help us expand the visual conversation about what it means to be a Black male photographer today. We look forward to reviewing your submissions and sharing your talent with our audience.
